Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
• Assign leads and monitor the performance of sales executives and telecallers.
• Track daily calls, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and registrations.

• Monitor the complete sales process from lead generation to booking and registration.
• Handle important customers and assist the team in closing high-value deals.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and ensure timely responses.
• Train and guide team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales/team management, preferably in real estate.
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team.
• Good knowledge of the Chennai/Tamil Nadu real estate market is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Tamil and English; Telugu/Hindi is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and sales reporting.
• Should be target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of handling a fast-paced work environment.
