Role Overview :-

Responsible for driving passenger vehicle sales, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting the overall sales operations of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for passenger vehicles.
• Generate leads through showroom walk-ins, referrals, tele-calling, digital channels and other sources.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to vehicle delivery.
• Conduct product presentations, test drives and price negotiations.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
• Ensure proper documentation and coordination for bookings, finance, insurance and vehicle delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records and provide regular sales reports.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive buying experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of vehicles.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.

Candidate Profile:-

• 4-5 years of experience in passenger vehicle sales, preferably with an automobile dealership.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented with good sales and relationship management capabilities.
• Knowledge of passenger vehicle products and the local automobile market will be preferred.
