About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall branch sales operations, including business development, customer service, and compliance.
- Drive home loan business growth through direct sourcing, connectors, builder tie-ups, and open-market channels.
- Build and maintain strong customer and builder relationships to maximize business value and cross-sell opportunities.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team; recruit high-performing talent while fostering engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets.
- Monitor branch portfolio performance and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with Operations and Risk teams to streamline loan processes, maintain portfolio quality, and control NPAs.
- Oversee collections for acquired portfolios to ensure healthy asset quality.
- Track market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback; recommend strategies to enhance business outcomes.
- Execute promotional campaigns, contests, and innovative initiatives to boost customer acquisition.
- Proven ability to lead sales teams and manage branch-level P&L.
- Strong business development, networking, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- High motivation, self-starter attitude, and bias for action in a high-performance environment.
- Strong analytical skills to track performance and drive profitability.
- Working knowledge of Excel and sales MIS tools.
