Job Summary Weare looking for a dynamicand result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team, generate revenue, and achieve business targets. The candidate wilbe responsible for team management, channel partner handling, lead generation, client conversion, promotional activities, and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Ensure overall team target completion and revenue generation. Improve conversion ratios through effective sales strategies. Generate bookings through direct sales and Channel Partner (CP)networks. Team Management Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews. Guide, motivate, and monitor sales executives. Ensure discipline, productivity, and target-oriented performance within the team. Sales Monitoring Track daily cals, client visits, fo low-ups, and bookings. Monitor sales activities and ensure proper customer engagement. Maintain regular follow-up with leads and prospects. Self-Bookings & Client Handling To achieve self targets. Handle negotiations and premium clients professionaly. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Channel Partner Management Appoint and manage new ChannelPartners and brokers. Develop and maintain strong broker relationships. Conduct CPengagement activities and generate business through CP networks. Data & Lead Generation Develop tie-ups with corporate companies for lead generation. Ensure co lection and maintenance of aminimum database of 10,00,000 contacts. Generate quality leads through marketing activities, references, and networking. Marketing & Promotional Activities Coordinate and participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns. Ensure proper fo low-up of leads generated from events and campaigns. Work closely with the marketing team for branding and lead generation activities. Reporting & Documentation Submit weekly and monthly sales reports on time. Update personnelsheets and team performance records regularly. Prepare monthly reports on: oDatacolection oPromotionalactivities oEvent participation oBookings oTeam reporting Maintain proper MIS and documentation.
