Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

• Source School Loan business through open market channels.
• Identify and acquire schools requiring funding for infrastructure expansion and other institutional requirements.
• Generate leads through direct sourcing, local references, and market networking.
• Conduct preliminary assessment of customer profiles and funding requirements.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Risk teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
• Ensure achievement of monthly disbursement and sourcing targets.
• Maintain portfolio quality and support collection efforts whenever required.
• Track competitor activities and identify business opportunities within the assigned geography.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in School Loans, Education Finance, SME Loans, Prime LAP, Mortgage Loans, or other secured lending products.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and local market connect.
• Good understanding of credit and financial assessment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field sales and customer acquisition.
