Sales Manager

We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to drive sales for our premium Villa Project in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong B2C sales experience and a proven ability to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Handle customer enquiries, generate leads, conduct follow-ups, arrange site visits, negotiate, and close sales.
• Develop effective sales strategies to increase lead conversion and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and referral networks.
• Monitor daily sales activities, site visits, follow-ups, conversions, and team performance.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with Marketing and CRM teams for effective lead management.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Train and guide team members to improve sales performance and customer handling.
• Ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to booking and closure.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2C Sales.
• Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Insurance Sales, Credit Card Sales, Banking, or Financial Services are preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Experience in team handling or leadership will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
• Strong ability to handle objections and convert prospects into customers.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Knowledge of the Bangalore market is preferred.
