Sales Manager

Essential

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in business development, sales, key-account management, or a similar commercial role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales/revenue targets.
• Strong skills in client acquisition, relationship management, negotiation, and business development.
• Ability to identify new markets, customers, and revenue opportunities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good presentation and reporting abilities.
• Comfortable working with sales targets, KPIs, budgets, and forecasts.
• Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel if the role requires client or branch visits.

Preferred

• Experience managing multiple business units, branches, products, or territories.
• Experience supervising or coordinating a sales/business team.
• Industry-specific experience relevant to your company.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification in Management/Marketing.
• Strong analytical and strategic-planning skills.
• Existing corporate/client network in the relevant market.
