Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through effective channel distribution, key account management, and partnership development.
  
• Manage a team of sales professionals to drive business growth, expand market presence, and increase revenue generation.
  
• Identify new opportunities for expansion into existing markets or entry into new geographies through strategic partnerships and brand promotion initiatives.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to develop marketing plans, product launches, and promotional activities that align with overall company goals.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, customer needs to inform sales strategy decisions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in beverage industry with expertise in enterprise sales, channel sales & distribution channels.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution; relevant certifications preferred.
  
• Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.
