Sales Manager

Job Summary

Infinity Learn is looking for an experienced Sales Manager B2C Inside Sales to lead a high-performing inside sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2C sales, team management, lead conversion, and sales target achievement, preferably within the EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 15+ Inside Sales Executives/Academic Counsellors.
• Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Drive revenue, conversions, productivity, and overall team performance.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve sales performance.
• Manage the complete sales funnel from lead allocation to closure.
• Improve lead conversion through effective follow-ups and sales strategies.
• Track team performance and prepare regular sales reports.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to improve lead quality and customer experience.
• Ensure strong customer engagement and a smooth sales process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales/B2C Sales.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience managing a sales team.
• Experience handling 15+ sales professionals.
• EdTech experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales funnel, lead management, conversions, and CRM.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coaching, and people-management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi/Kannada preferred.
