Role & responsibilities

• Drive occupancy, revenue, and room-night production for assigned Home Hub properties.
• Identify and acquire new corporate, SME, travel agent, and institutional accounts in the local market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
• Generate regular business from existing accounts and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Conduct market mapping to identify potential accounts and new business opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals with prospective clients.
• Ensure consistent room-night generation through account activation and relationship management.
• Track account performance, business generation, and revenue contribution.
• Work closely with property and operations teams to ensure smooth servicing of key accounts.
• Monitor competitor activity and local market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and room-night targets.
