Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales Manager FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and achieve sales targets for FMCG products across the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.
• Appoint and manage distributors and expand the company's market presence.
• Lead and monitor the sales team to ensure target achievement.
• Plan market visits, track competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor primary and secondary sales, stock availability, and market coverage.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in FMCG sales.
• Good knowledge of distributor and retail markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Candidates with experience in food, snacks, beverages, biscuits, Namkeen, or similar FMCG products will be preferred.
