About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented sales professionals to join our Agency Channel as Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager / Assistant Business Manager. The role involves driving business growth, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective field sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve assigned business targets through the Agency Channel.
• Generate new business through field sales, customer acquisition, and relationship building.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer queries.
• Maintain regular reporting of sales activities, pipeline, and target achievement.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrate strong ownership, communication, and result-oriented approach.

Eligibility & Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in field sales.
• Candidates from the following industries are preferred:
• Life Insurance
• Health Insurance
• Insurance Broking
• Banking / BFSI
• FMCG
• Telecom
• Pharma
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
• Should be comfortable with field sales and target-based roles.
• Good career stability with no frequent job changes is preferred.
• Strong sales orientation and willingness to achieve business targets.
