Location: Patna / Bihar & Jharkhand

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales of Alwindor’s UPVC and Aluminium doors & windows, build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors and dealers, and lead the regional sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Develop relationships with builders, architects, contractors and dealers.
• Manage leads, quotations, negotiations and order closures.
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure smooth coordination with design, production and installation teams.
• Track sales pipeline, follow-ups and collections.
• Lead and monitor the sales team to improve performance.
• Identify new markets, projects and business opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials, construction, windows & doors, aluminium/UPVC or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented with good team management abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
