Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Own, develop and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts.
• Drive new business hunting, account expansion, cross-sell and upsell.
• Drive consultative, solution-led sales across Managed Services and IT Infrastructure.
• Identify and develop opportunities across Managed IT Services, Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, Data Centre
Solutions, Network & Infrastructure Services, System Integration, and Digital Workplace / End User Services
(EUS).
• Build and maintain relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Procurement Leaders and CXOs.
• Manage the complete enterprise sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, RFP/RFI
participation, proposal development, commercial negotiation and closure.
• Work with Presales and Delivery teams to develop solution propositions aligned to customer requirements.
• Leverage OEM and Partner ecosystems to create differentiated customer solutions.
• Develop strategic account plans and identify white-space opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Maintain healthy pipeline visibility and provide accurate sales forecasting and revenue visibility.
• Drive long-term customer relationships, recurring revenue and business growth.
• Consistently achieve assigned revenue, gross margin and business development targets.

Job Requirements :

• 8-16 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
• Proven track record in managing high-performing sales teams or individuals.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure services (managed services) including hardware, software, network security etc.
