Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Relationship Manager to drive insurance business. The role involves developing and managing channel partners, strengthening relationships with dealers and intermediaries, acquiring new business, and achieving sales and renewal targets while delivering excellent customer service. The position requires extensive market coverage and a strong understanding of the local insurance ecosystem.

• Drive insurance sales through dealers, agents, brokers, and other distribution partners.
• Identify, recruit, and activate new channel partners to expand the business network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealers, financiers, and key intermediaries.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets for new business and renewals.
• Increase market penetration by identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular partner visits, training sessions, and joint sales activities.
• Ensure timely issuance of policies, endorsements, renewals, and coordination for claim support.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
• Maintain portfolio profitability while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Resolve partner and customer queries promptly to ensure high service standards.
• Prepare daily activity reports, sales forecasts, and MIS as required.
