Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage sales teams to achieve monthly targets for Bussing, transformers, and other electrical products.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
• Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions through product demonstrations and presentations.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years of experience in the electrical equipment industry or the transformers industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of LT panels, transformers, and other electrical products.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
