Role & responsibilities

Zanskar Home Solutions Private Limited is a team of experienced professionals in the water heating industry dedicated to making pure air, water, and energy accessible on a sustainable basis for all. The company aims to drive large-scale adoption of energy-efficient and renewable water heating and climate solutions in Indian homes. Zanskar's mission is to disrupt the climate solutions space in India through highly energy-efficient solutions like heat pumps and tankless water heaters, building consumer awareness through various online and offline platforms.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an assistant manager/manager in channel sales for sanitary piping appliances and water management. The role is primarily located as above but allows for some work from home. The responsibilities include managing channel sales, working with channel partners, overseeing sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and driving secondary sales.

Preferred candidate profile

• Channel Sales and Sales Management skills
• Experience in channel management and dealer networks.
• Having experience and contacts to work with MEPs and architects.
• Strong customer focus, skills, and PR skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Knowledge and work experience in water management or the sanitary or piping industry.
• Bachelor's degree in B.Tech preferred.
