our operations, we are looking for a high-performing B2B sales professional to join our team in Mumbai.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced B2B Enterprise Sales Professional with a proven track record in selling
UCaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, Cloud Contact Center, and Enterprise Communication Solutions.
This role is strictly for candidates who have prior experience selling cloud communication or telecom solutions
and thoroughly understand the enterprise communication framework. Please note: We are not looking for
general sales profiles. We need an independent closer who can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Sales Management: Lead generation, qualification, product demonstrations, proposal
creation, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
Stakeholder Engagement: Pitch, consult, and negotiate effectively with CX Heads, Contact Center
Heads, IT Heads, Operations Heads, CTOs, and Business Owners.
¢ Consultative Selling: Analyze complex business communication issues and position our cloud
telephony, API, and omnichannel products as ideal solutions.
¢ Market Expansion: Leverage your existing network to penetrate target sectors like BPOs, Call Centers,
BFSI, Healthcare, Fintech, and E-commerce.
What We Are Looking For
¢ Domain Expertise: Proven B2B sales experience specifically within UCaaS / CCaaS / CPaaS / Cloud
Contact Center industries.
¢ Voice Architecture Knowledge: Strong functional understanding of Cloud Telephony, Business Voice,
SIP Trunking, IVR, ACD, Dialers, and Call Recording.
¢ API & Messaging Acumen: Practical knowledge of SMS APIs, Voice APIs, WhatsApp Business API,
and Omnichannel Communication frameworks.
¢ Industry Network: An established, active network of enterprise clients and tech buyers in Mumbai is
highly preferred.
¢ Location: Must be based in Mumbai and comfortable commuting to our office in Jogeshwari West.
