Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Distribution, Power Transformers across Karnataka.
- Develop new business opportunities with industries, EPC contractors, utilities, consultants, and infrastructure companies.
- Manage key accounts and strengthen customer relationships.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve sales targets and expand MSC Transformers market presence.
- Track tenders, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of sales experience in transformers, switchgear, electrical equipment, or power sector products.
- Strong network in the Karnataka electrical and industrial market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
