Sales Manager - TMT Steel

We are hiring a Sales Manager for a well-established TMT steel bar manufacturer, covering Alappuzha district. You will build and manage the dealer network, win orders from builders and contractors, and drive monthly sales targets. Immediate joining.

Role & responsibilities:

- Drive sales of TMT steel bars across Alappuzha district

- Build and manage the dealer and distributor network

- Win orders from builders, contractors and construction projects

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

- Manage collections and ensure timely payment recovery

- Guide field sales staff and report to management

Preferred candidate profile:

- 2-5 years of sales experience in building materials or steel

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets

- Good market knowledge of Alappuzha district

- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence

- Fluent in Malayalam

Salary & benefits:

- Rs 22,000 - 25,000 per month
