About the role

We are hiring a Sales Manager for a Hyderabad-based company selling Rockwool thermal and acoustic insulation to industrial, commercial and infrastructure clients. This is a front-end, revenue-focused role that suits a B2B sales professional who builds long-term relationships with plant heads, project managers and procurement heads.

Key responsibilities

• Win new SME and corporate clients in manufacturing, heavy engineering, power, infrastructure, data centers, pharma, FMCG, warehousing and commercial buildings
• Generate leads through site visits, industrial zones, PEB companies, EPC contractors, referrals, events and LinkedIn
• Pitch insulation solutions for boilers, furnaces, ducts, pipelines, HVAC systems and building envelopes
• Build and maintain relationships with plant heads, procurement managers, project heads, architects and consultants
• Present products and ROI-based proposals covering energy savings, fire resistance, thermal efficiency and acoustic performance
• Appoint and grow dealers and distributors in the assigned territory
• Track sales targets, forecasts and the pipeline in a CRM, and share regular reports

Requirements

• 5–12 years of B2B industrial sales experience, preferably in insulation, building materials, HVAC, pipes or heavy engineering products
• Graduate degree in Engineering, Commerce or Management (MBA in Marketing preferred)
• Proven record of winning SME and corporate clients
• Experience dealing with EPC contractors, PEB companies and industrial plants
• Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills
• Knowledge of industrial zones and infrastructure markets in South India is preferred
• Willing to travel locally for site visits
