Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and expanding Hiokis presence in the Indian market for testing and measurement instruments. This role requires strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
• Manage relationships with existing clients and provide technical support when needed.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in sales of testing and measurement instruments or similar industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical/electronic testing equipment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within India.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
