• Identify performance gaps and provide regular coaching, guidance, and on-the-job support to improve productivity.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted business advisor.
• Guide the team in understanding client requirements and recommending suitable IndiaMART solutions.
• Drive follow-ups, business closures, renewals, and revenue generation through effective team management.
• Ensure timely payment collections and adherence to company processes and policies.
