We're Hiring: Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager

Locations: Mumbai & Bangalore, India

Industry: Rigid Plastic Packaging

Experience: 10–15 Years

Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the rigid plastic packaging industry We're looking for a results-driven professional to drive business growth, develop new accounts, and strengthen customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through market research, references, and networking.
• Develop new customer accounts and nurture existing relationships to drive repeat business.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and quotations to order conversion and payment follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and address technical queries in coordination with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and visit reports using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the organization at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.

What We're Looking For:

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in rigid plastic packaging sales.
• Strong knowledge of plastic caps, closures, lotion pumps, mist sprayers, or related packaging solutions.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, and key account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms; experience with Oracle NetSuite is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, planning, and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
• Qualification: BBA, B.Com, MBA, or PGDBM.
