About the Role:
We are hiring for multiple territories across India. You will own your city/territory and drive primary property sales from lead to closure. Designation (Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager) will be decided based on experience and past closures.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive primary sales through site visits, follow-ups and negotiations. Own city/territory targets and ensure monthly closures. Work with channel partners and generate self-source leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with builders for inventory and pricing. Identify new builders and coordinate with Supply team for inventory. Update all client interactions in CRM daily
Requirements:3 to 8 years in Real Estate Primary Sales (Residential)Proven closure track record in last 12 months. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Comfortable with daily field visits and weekend site visits. Good builder / channel partner network in your city preferred Any Graduate
