About this role
- Achieving the approved sales and revenue target through booking new sales and timely payments and delivering on the Sales Plan.
- Develop and manage a network of channel partners, brand ambassadors and reference clients.
- Managing and reporting on the entire sales and related back-office processes of all sales activities.
- Monitor and assign targets to the sales executives under her/ him.
- Track and follow-up the Leads generated through any source.
- Networking and Relationship Building with the customers and references.
- Providing comfort and ease to the customers visiting the Sales Office.
- Making the customer understand the project and giving them holistic information with full accuracy.
- Adhering to the commitments given to the customer
- Training and mentoring the team of sales executives who are being supervised by him.
- Providing customer satisfaction report to the management with corrective measures required if any.
- Being a link between the Senior Sales and the customer.
- Discussing the commercial terms with the customer and finalizing the deal with the help of Senior authorities.
- Compiling Weekly and Monthly Reports
- Managing the address book of corporate sales prospects
- Act as a document controller (hard copy as well as soft copy) for all the documents handled.
- Preparation and submission of sales MIS.
