Sales Manager - SMFG

Primary Responsibilities

• Source and manage DSA channels to acquire loan business from the market.
• Ensure portfolio quality by minimizing delinquencies and application rejections.
• Maintain deep knowledge of asset products, operational processes, and current market trends.
• Identify changing market dynamics and develop new channels to expand business reach.
• Deliver high-quality customer service through efficient channel management.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and service standards.

Experience

• Relevant experience 3yrs in NBFC/ Bank / Financial institution
