We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our SME Sales for Kolkata/Bhubaneswar/Patna/Ranchi location

Key Responsibilities -

• Generating Business through _ Local DSA
• Drive secured SME business growth
• Onboard, manage, and strengthen DSA relationships
• Ensure adherence to credit, risk, and compliance norms
• Track performance and execute targets

We are looking at candidate who has below skill & experience

• Strong SME secured lending knowledge
• DSA acquisition & relationship management
• Endtoend case ownership & conversion
• Risk, policy & compliance orientation
• Market intelligence & execution leadership

Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
