We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager (Showroom) to manage showroom sales operations, drive sales targets and lead the sales team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day showroom sales operations and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Lead, motivate and monitor the sales team to achieve individual and showroom targets.
• Generate leads and ensure regular follow-up for bookings and sales conversion.
• Handle customer enquiries and understand their vehicle requirements.
• Drive test rides, bookings and vehicle sales.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Monitor sales performance, leads, bookings and conversion ratios.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, service and other departments for smooth vehicle deliveries.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
