Sales Manager - Sarjapura, Bangalore

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team and achieve monthly sales targets for residential plots, apartments, and villas.
• Drive lead conversion, client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and property closures.
• Develop and manage channel partner relationships to generate business.
• Sales performance, maintain CRM records, and prepare sales reports.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to maximize revenue.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5 - 10 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in Bangalore.
• Proven track record in sales closures and team management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
