Role & responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the entire team effectively.

• Assign daily work and monitor task completion
• Great Communication Skills
• Generate and manage quality leads for sales.
• Plan and execute business-development strategies.
• Develop strategies for company growth and expansion.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Track sales, leads, installations, customer follow-ups, and team performance.
• Coordinate between Sales, Documentation, Installation, and Management.
• Handle customer issues and provide timely solutions.
• Identify operational problems and solve them quickly and professionally.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure proper follow-up.
• Communicate professionally through telephone, WhatsApp, and email. • Work calmly and effectively under pressure.
• Take ownership and responsibility for assigned targets.
• Monitor team performance and improve productivity.
• Support management in achieving monthly and annual business targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.

Preferred candidate profile

• Solar & Electrical knowledge/experience strongly preferred
• Strong team-management and leadership skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Business-development and target-oriented mindset.
• Experience in solar, electrical, EPC, sales, or related industries will be an advantage.
