Sales Manager / Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Manager/Sales Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business

Responsibilities:

• Developing new business in your assigned territory directly with OEMs & Contractors Set sales targets, quotas, and goals in alignment with the company's objectives
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service and support.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including sales pipelines, forecasts, and KPIs.

This is not a typical Sales job; the candidate will be expected to be able to strategically think and implement his technical knowledge that he gains during his training period to provide solutions to the customer and not just sell on the basis of favorable commercials.

Requirements:

• BE or equivalent
• Strong experience in Sales with a minimum experience of 8 years
• Exposure of selling Welding products in the Aviation, Electrical, Automotive or Medical sector will be a key requirement for this job
