Sales Manager-Retail Asset-Loan Against Security & Education Loan

Role & responsibilities:

• Achieve the sales targets as well as acquire New to Bank Customers
• Identify potential areas and base of customers for business
• Liase & drive core business through Branch, Private Banking, DSA and other Retail Asset channels
• Engage with customers and cross-sell engagement products and activation products at every new sourcing level
• Cross-sell of various Assets and Liability products
• Constant motivation of HBL / Sales Officer
• Sourcing channels through efficient trouble-shooting, trainings
• Ensure team achieves productivity levels.
• Lead Management, ensure timely updation & high conversion ratios
• Ensure complaints are resolved and closed within the TAT prescribed
• Maintain quality of documentation with reduction in errors 4
• Good Communication skills
• Analytical and good interpersonal skills
• Self-driven to achieve targets
• Knowledge of overall financial markets and lending business
