Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager/Relationship Manager role based in Faridabad. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities for home loan products, meeting sales targets, and expanding the customer base in the assigned region. The Sales Manager/Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their housing finance needs, and provide suitable loan solutions with clear and transparent communication. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, following up on leads, coordinating with internal teams for loan processing and approvals, and ensuring timely documentation and compliance with company policies. The role also focuses on delivering high-quality service, resolving customer queries, and representing Wonder Home Finance in local markets and partner networks.

• Candidates should possess solid Business Relationship Management skills to build and maintain long-term customer and partner relationships.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain loan products clearly and support customers through the application process.
• Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge to understand home loan products, eligibility criteria, and regulatory guidelines.
• Relevant experience in housing finance, banking, or NBFC sales is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work in a field-oriented role, with strong negotiation, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in local language and basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools) will be an advantage.
