Salary: upto 4LPA+ Attractive Monthly Incentives

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

Gender: Male / Female Age: Below 27 Years

Work Location: Yelahanka, Whitefield & Electronic city, Bangalore

Preferred Background: Candidates with any sales background preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and customer enquiries through calls and digital platforms.
• Make regular outbound calls to prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
• Explain project details, pricing, offers, location, amenities and investment benefits.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Identify serious prospects and schedule property/site visits.
• Coordinate with customers and the sales team to ensure successful site visits.
• Maintain regular follow-ups after site visits and address customer queries/concerns.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them through the property buying process.
• Negotiate and assist customers in moving towards booking/closure.
• Achieve monthly sales and site-visit targets.
• Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and conversion records in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with the pre-sales and closing teams to ensure smooth customer conversion.
