Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in plot sales and real estate marketing. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets.

Role & responsibilities

• Generate leads through field activities, referrals, digital platforms, and channel partners.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into sales.
• Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and investment benefits to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
• Maintain customer databases and update sales activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the legal, accounts, and CRM teams to ensure smooth booking and registration processes.
• Attend promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns organized by the company.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
• Ensure timely collection of customer payments as per the payment schedule.

Qualification

• Any Graduate / Diploma
• Experience in Real Estate, Plot Sales, Property Sales, Banking Sales, Insurance Sales, or Direct Sales is preferred.
