Sales Manager - Prime LAP

Role & responsibilities

• Manage LAP files from sourcing to disbursement.
• Maintain a strong network of 25+ DSAs.
• Knowledge of Vanilla Income, Low LTV, Banking Product, NIP/LIP programs.
• Basic understanding of financials and credit assessment.
• Conduct regular field visits and strengthen DSA relationships.
• Understand LAP eligibility, valuation, and risk assessment.
• Ensure timely logins, accurate documentation, and process compliance.
• Achieve monthly disbursement targets as per credit policy.
• Develop new DSAs and maintain existing relationships.
• Demonstrate proven performance and recognition in current or previous roles.
