Sales Manager POSP Channel | Motor Insurance

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the POSP distribution network in the assigned territory.
• Source, onboard and activate POSP partners / insurance intermediaries.
• Drive Motor Insurance business through the distribution network.
• Improve partner productivity and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with POSPs, agents and other distribution partners.
• Identify new business opportunities within the local market.
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, servicing and business support.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Motor Insurance products.
• Candidates should have relevant exposure to Motor Insurance sales and distribution.
• Experience in POSP / Agency / Insurance Distribution will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the local market.
• Good communication, relationship-management and business-development skills.
• Ability to independently develop and manage a productive distribution network.

Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates currently working with a General Insurance Company, Insurance Broker, InsurTech, Motor Insurance Distributor or POSP-driven organization will be preferred. CTC: 5 LPA to 6 LPA + Attractive Variable Incentives
