Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager Personal Loan (Core Connect) to drive personal loan business through customer connect, lead generation, and effective sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Personal Loan sales through customer connect and direct sourcing.
• Generate new business through existing customer relationships and market outreach.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login and disbursement.
• Achieve monthly sales, login and disbursement targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat and referral business.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure high-quality business generation.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Personal Loan / Unsecured Loan / Retail Asset Sales preferred.
• Candidates from Banking, NBFC or Financial Services background preferred.
