Sales Manager- Personal Loan & LAP

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets for personal loans, mortgage loans, and other financial products.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention rates.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth in the DSA (Direct Sales Agent) channel.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 3-15 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of personal loans, mortgage loans, unsecured loans, and LAP (Loan Against Property).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through DSA management.
