Role Description The Sales Manager | Overseas Education is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for driving student enrollments by building and managing a pipeline of prospective students interested in studying abroad. Day-to-day tasks include conducting consultations with students and families, explaining course options and university requirements, and guiding them through admissions and visa processes in collaboration with counseling and operations teams. The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role also involves building partnerships with schools and colleges, coordinating information sessions and events, and providing regular reports and insights to management.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and target achievement.
• Experience in student counseling or education advisory, with the ability to clearly explain overseas education options and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in presenting to individuals and groups.
• Organizational and administrative abilities, including CRM usage, data tracking, and follow-up management.
• Background in overseas education consulting or related sectors (e.g., training institutes, universities, or immigration services) is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a degree in business, marketing, or education is preferred.
• Comfort working in a target-driven environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of major study destinations (e.g., UK, Canada) and their admissions and visa processes is highly beneficial.
