About this role
A leading Language Learning Company is looking for dynamic, result-oriented *Sales Managers* with proven experience in B2B school sales to drive school outreach, partnerships, and business growth.
Base Location: Mumbai
The ideal candidate should have strong existing connections with schools, a deep understanding of the education ecosystem, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closure and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals, School Management, Academic Heads & key decision-makers
• Identify new business opportunities and close B2B deals with schools
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to school requirements
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Develop and grow partnerships with IB, IGCSE, ICSE and premium CBSE schools
• Work closely with onboarding and operations teams for smooth implementation
• Track pipeline progress and provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activity and opportunities
What We're Looking For
• 5–10 years of proven experience in B2B school sales
• Strong, existing school connects in the assigned region
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong presentation, negotiation and closing abilities
• Comfortable with extensive travel and field work
• Graduate degree
• Experience in Education, EdTech, Language Learning or School Supplies will be preferred
Strong school relationships and a proven sales track record will be key differentiators for this role.
