Sales Manager - MSEM LAP - Fresher - Ujjivan Small Finance Bank

Presently we are hiring for Fresher Sales Managers in our MSME LAP Vertical for Pune and Mumbai Location

Job Responsibilities:

- He/she will be responsible for achieving Business targets and managing healthy Portfolio, by ensuring timely repayments and controlling customer exits for Formal LAP business.

- This role seeks to drive business volume through the Direct Sales Agent (DSA) channel

Preferred candidate profile:

• Position offered : Sales Manager - MSME LAP (This is a complete field sales role.)

• The students should have completed their MBA or equivalent Post Graduate degree in Management in 2026
