Sales Manager-Motor & Health Insurance ( Agency ) - Durgapur & Kolkata

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for our Motor and Health Insurance division in Durgapur & Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the insurance industry, and will be responsible for leading a team of agents to drive sales growth and achieve company objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Motor and Health Insurance products.
• Manage and lead a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance partners.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess competition.
• Provide training and support to agents to enhance their sales performance.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Strong knowledge of Motor and Health Insurance products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivate a sales team.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
