Role & Responsibilities

Depending on your experience and expertise, responsibilities may include:

• Generating, managing, and converting leads
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable properties
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Negotiating and closing property deals
• Achieving individual and team sales targets
• Managing and mentoring sales teams at senior levels
• Preparing and presenting sales performance reports to management

• Experience in Real Estate, B2C Sales, Retail, Banking, Insurance, Automobile, Telecom, EdTech, Channel Sales, or related industries is preferred
• Senior professionals with experience in team handling, business development, sales strategy, and target achievement are encouraged to apply for leadership positions
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
