Sales Manager - Loan Against Shares

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in wealth management, mutual funds, and loan against shares (LAS) products.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue through cross-selling and upselling existing clients.
• Build strong relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize product offerings and improve sales performance.

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in wealth management, mutual funds, LAS products.
• Strong understanding of investment products such as equities, fixed income securities, derivatives etc. .
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role within the BFSI sector.
