Sales Manager - Loan Against Property - Muthoot Finance

Role & responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business and disbursement targets.
• Drive Loan Against Property (LAP) sales through direct sourcing, branch referrals, and market activities.
• Plan and execute team marketing activities for lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.
• Monitor team performance, sales productivity, and daily activity.
• Guide team members in lead generation, customer handling, documentation, and conversion.
• Conduct regular field visits and support the team in sourcing quality LAP leads.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Operations, and other internal teams for smooth loan processing.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Ensure achievement of monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 25 years of experience in sales, preferably in LAP, Home Loans, Mortgage, or Retail Banking/NBFC.
• Prior team handling experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Loan Against Property products and sales processes.
• Good communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Strong leadership and target-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel and conduct field sales activities.
