Sales Manager - Life Insurance (Partner Office / Agency)

THIS IS A FIELD SALES ROLE in LIFE INSURANCE. Only candidates with Life Insurance AGENCY channel sales experience (2-4 years stability) should apply.

We are hiring for the Partner Office channel of a leading Life Insurance company in Ahmedabad. 3 open positions.

Role: Set up and grow a partner-office led agency business - recruit and develop agency partners / advisors and drive life insurance sales through them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard and develop partners and advisors for the partner office
• Drive life insurance business and achieve sales and persistency targets
• Joint field work, training and regular performance reviews with partners
• Ensure IRDAI and company compliance

Must Haves:

• Life insurance AGENCY channel experience is a must
• Stability: 2 to 4 years in the current / last life insurance agency role
• Strong local network in Ahmedabad
• Graduate in any discipline

Salary: Up to Rs 10,00,000 per annum (based on experience)
