Sales Manager - Life Insurance (Agency Channel)

THIS IS A FIELD SALES ROLE with monthly sales targets. Candidates with field sales experience in ANY sector can apply - BFSI / Insurance / Banking sales experience will be preferred.

We are hiring for one of the top reputed Life Insurance companies - Sales Manager - Life Insurance (Agency Channel) in Lucknow / Barabanki / Gonda, Uttar Pradesh. 10 open positions.

This is an AGENCY CHANNEL role: your main job is to RECRUIT insurance advisors (agents), train them and get life insurance business through your advisor team.

Role: Expand and manage a strong agency network of life insurance advisors, driving sales growth and sustainable business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train and develop insurance advisors / agents from your local network

• Drive insurance sales through your agency network and achieve monthly targets

• Monitor and support advisors with joint field calls and regular guidance

• Build strong relationships with advisors for long-term retention

• Conduct product and process training for your advisor team

• Follow IRDAI / regulatory norms and company policies

What we are looking for:

• 1 to 5 years of experience in field sales / agency development / financial services

• Good knowledge of insurance and financial products

• Strong people management and networking skills

• Must be living in / near Lucknow / Barabanki / Gonda (local candidates only)

• Graduate in any discipline

Salary: Rs 4,10,000 - 5,50,000 per annum + incentives
