Sales Manager - Life Insurance (Agency Channel)

THIS IS A FIELD SALES ROLE with monthly sales targets. Candidates with field sales experience in ANY sector can apply - BFSI / Insurance / Banking sales experience will be preferred.

We are hiring Agency Managers / Business Development Managers for the Direct Sales Force (Agency) channel of a leading Life Insurance company in Gujarat. 8 open positions: Veraval (3), Gandhidham (3), Junagadh (2).

Role: Build and manage a strong agency network of life insurance advisors, driving sales growth and sustainable business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train and develop life insurance advisors / agents
• Drive insurance sales through the agency network to achieve targets
• Support agents with joint field calls and regular guidance
• Build strong relationships with advisors for long-term retention
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI / regulatory norms and company policies

Must Haves:

• 1 to 5 years of experience in insurance / agency development / field sales / financial services
• Local candidates preferred (Gujarati speaking)
• Strong people management and networking skills
• Graduate in any discipline

Salary: Rs 2,75,000 - 6,50,000 per annum + incentives

Location: Veraval, Gandhidham, Junagadh (Gujarat)
